These are the terms On Point Chimney works under. They're written plainly on purpose.

What we do

On Point Chimney inspects, cleans and repairs chimneys and fireplaces across New Jersey. Work is carried out at your property by our technicians.

Booking a visit

A booking is a time we agree to attend. If we're running late you get a call, and if you need to change the time a call to (862) 415-1513 is enough.

The inspection and what follows

The camera scan tells you the condition the chimney is in, and you receive a photo report. Nothing beyond the booked service is carried out without your agreement first.

Access and safety

We need safe access to the fireplace and, where the work requires it, to the roof. If conditions are unsafe on the day, ice, high wind or a structure that won't bear a ladder, the visit is rescheduled rather than forced.

Existing damage

Chimneys are old structures. Cracked crowns, spalled brick, failed liners and previous repairs are recorded and shown to you before any work begins, so nothing found later comes as a surprise.

Our work

The work we carry out and the parts we install are guaranteed. If something isn't right, call and we come back.

Governing law

These terms are read under the law of the State of New Jersey.
