Most companies
won't tell you.
In this trade you usually can't find out what anything costs until someone is standing in your living room. We think that's the wrong way round, so the two numbers are on every page of this site.
An inspection is $49. A cleaning is $99, and the inspection is included with it. Those are flat prices for the visit and they don't change when our technician arrives.
If we find something that needs repair you get photographs of it and a written quote, so you can see the problem yourself rather than taking our word for it.
